This multihead weigher is a fast, reliable, and accurate weighing machine which can be used in seamless packing of food products.
This verticle packing machine is suited for a variety of applications. It comes with a supporting platform and finished product conveyor which makes it more suitable for products like biscuits, nuts, dried fruits, frozen food, sugar, etc.
This multihead weigher system comes in multiple models. All the models are distinguished based on the number of heads they support. For example, one model of this multihead weigher has 8 heads whereas, one model has 24 heads.
The Z-Type Bucket Elevator integrated into this multihead weigher is ideal for silent operations and for almost any type of food packaging. It is designed for a sturdy outlook and optimum performance. From grains to food items, dry chemicals to nuts, the Z-type bucket elevator is created to last.
Instead of an elevator, this multihead weigher comes with a product feeding conveyor. Feeding conveyors ideally present the product to the following part of processing equipment to improve the performance of the downstream equipment and maximum yield.
This machine also comes with an integrated photocell that makes print alignment very easy and places the print to the correct position on the food packaging (if the format or print is changed).
